Committed to bringing you high-quality books quality books at reasonable prices. Writers Exchange came into being originally in 1998 to provide writers with resources and advice. This desire extends to the epublishing section which started in December 2000. I want to help other writers sell their novels and most importantly, provide readers with quality material. Most writers are avid readers so both aims very much go hand-in-hand. I am constantly on the lookout for new writers, well-written books and new formats to help make the reading experience better for our readers. If you are interested in becoming a Writers Exchange Author please check our submission page. This page details our submission requirements, explains the difference in becoming a "published" or "distributed" author and shows our contracts in full.

Publisher, and Editor - Sandy Cummins
Sandy started her professional writing career in 1998 after completing a Diploma in Freelance Journalism. She has been published both online and in print. Her first online credit was a two year stint as Christian Parenting Contributing Editor at Suite 101.com. From there she concentrated on book, website and software reviews. Sandy no longer does her freelance writing as she is too busy with Writers Exchange, however, one of her fantasy short stories is in a fantasy Anthology published by Mundania Press. Sandy's ambition has always been to help fellow writers, which is why she started her original Writers Exchange website. Writers Exchange E-Publishing is just an extension of this desire. Having been burned by a horrific contract for her own book, Sandy wanted to provide writers with an author-friendly site that would give them the best possible contract she could manage. She wants to give her authors as much support and promotion as she possibly can, while providing readers with quality books. As a life-long bibliophile, Sandy is dedicated to providing highly-edited books that will appeal to readers. Sandy's Postal Address is: PO Box 372 ATHERTON QLD 4883 AUSTRALIA
Senior
Editor - JennaKay Francis
JennaKay Francis is a storyteller of fantasy adventure, fantasy romance, dark fantasy and children's picture books. She has been published in several local newsletters, several print magazines, as well as numerous online magazines in both fiction and non-fiction. She has won many different awards for her writing, has been an editor for four online magazines, and has done acquisitions for a small electronic press. JennaKay was first and foremost one of Writer's Exchange's most prolific and talented authors, and was invited to become their senior editor. Since that time she has performed admirably as both author and editor for the company. JennaKay does not edit every single book that Writers Exchange publishes, not does she fully agree with WEE's editorial policy that is a bit lenient on head-hopping. (Our research seems to indicate that this flaw in writing only seems to annoy editors and purists and most readers either don't notice or don't care. If you disagree with this conclusion, please email Sandy so we can change this policy if readers do mind. If you want to impress our editor, make sure you have removed head-hopping from your manuscript - multiple POV's are fine, however.) You can find a listing of Jenna's books on her personal homepage at http://www.jennakayfrancis.com and her Writers Exchange Books on her author page at Reader's Eden.

Editor - Laura Shinn
My writing career began in much the same way as my editing. Both came as a surprise, but a delightful one. My first editing was done through a writer's group I was fortunate enough to be asked to join. I left a few years later to more actively pursue my writing. During this time I worked as a freelance editor for Stephanie Burke, Michele Bardsley, Rod Casteel and Ann Lory. There are a few others, but they've requested to remain anonymous. I'm also quite blessed to be in my current writer's group: Just Between Us Ladies. Our group is intentionally small. This way we are all able to help each other with our manuscripts and offer each other helpful suggestions and advice. It's been encouraging and educational to be in this group of talented writers. I was asked a short time later to work as an editor for Writers Exchange E-Publishing. I enjoyed working for Sandy Cummins for several years and was able to have two of my novels published during that time. I've also edited for Firedrakes Weyr Publishing House, though I'm on consultant status at this time. I'm currently editing actively for Sandy again and enjoying the chance to work with WEE's talented authors. I majored in English during college at Howard Payne University and minored in Art. This love of writing and artistry is why I so enjoy writing and creating cover art. I've been privileged to create two of my own covers and a cover for the upcoming sequel in my Angels of the Realm series. I have done several covers for other authors, one of which was used by a publisher. I've also enjoyed creating bookmarks and business cards for other authors. To view my covers and excerpts from my novels, please visit my website: www.laurashinn.com. I also encourage you to stop by my MySpace: www.myspace.com/authorlaurashinn. If you would like to sell our novels from your website you can do that too by going to the affiliate page and joining up with our payloadz affiliate program. So check out our bookstore now at Reader's Eden.
