Jim Darley was born in East Prussia–before the Russians took that province. He has lived in Australia since 1962, except for a seven-year stint in Canada. His professional life has been at three universities, managing electron microscope facilities. This included extensive use of CO₂ at the critical point. Knowing CO₂‘s properties well, Jim was incredulous about the claims made for carbon sequestration. He considers the large scale geosequestration of CO₂ as the world’s most dangerous experiment. Jim has published the book “Know & Enjoy Tropical Fruit” and wrote the proposal for the Townsville Palmetum in Queensland, Australia.
