Jim Darley was born in East Prussia–before the Russians took that province. He has lived in Australia since 1962, except for a seven-year stint in Canada. His professional life has been at three universities, managing electron microscope facilities. This included extensive use of CO2 at the critical point. Knowing CO2‘s properties well, Jim was incredulous about the claims made for carbon sequestration. He considers the large scale geosequestration of CO2 as the world’s most dangerous experiment. Jim has published the book “Know & Enjoy Tropical Fruit” and wrote the proposal for the Townsville Palmetum in Queensland, Australia.
