Marjorie Hitt grew up on a farm near Dannivirke, Nebraska and attended country school. She graduated in 1952 from Elba High School. She became a farmer’s wife until 1966 when her husband got a job in Kearney, Nebraska. She is the mother of three and a busy grandmother.
Marjorie says, “When visiting my house you’ll see all my various hobbies. Rummage sale knick knacks, crafts filling my closets, and ream after ream of well used writing paper.”
